Leading the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office requires more than good intentions. It requires real experience managing people, operations, and budgets. Throughout my career, I’ve served in supervisory and executive roles where I’ve been responsible for personnel decisions, training, staffing, and budgeting. I oversee background checks for new hires, internal investigations, and first-line supervisors such as sergeants. I also supervise civilian support staff to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
